Hotel Operation Group | The creation of a consistent Signature Scent
Megasystems in collaboration with Scent Plus created a consistent Signature Scent for the elegant and luxurious hotels of the Hotel Operation Group; Terra Mare Μilos, Kythnos Bay Hotel, Villa Manikas και Canal Suites.
The Goal of our Cooperation
The aim of our collaboration was to highlight and strengthen the common characteristics that the traveler encounters in all the Group’s hotels through the creation of a consistent Signature Scent for the Hotel Operation Group.
The Signature Scent
Quality – Luxury – Tradition – Relaxation
In collaboration with Scent Plus, we created the Signature Scent for the Hotel Operation Group based on the common characteristics of the properties belonging to the Group, as they were analyzed in our first meeting with the client.
The main pillars of the four hotels belonging to the Group are based on systematic organization and deep knowledge of the guests’ needs, professionalism, and responsibility as well as on the promotion of genuine luxury.
Thus, we created for the Hotel Operation Group a fragrance full of elegance and finesse that highlights the calmness and infinite dynamics of the space while emphasizing the luxury and organization of the hotels.
The composition of the Signature Scent
An excellent, delicate scent, that brings to mind strong elements of Greece and summer.
Notes | Citrusy notes are harmoniously combined with sophisticated floral notes, to highlight the relaxation, calmness, and dynamics of the accommodations.
Base | The base of cedar wood, amber, refined patchouli, tonka, moss, and oak highlights the luxurious organization of the space.
Applications and Maintenance of Scent Marketing at the Group’s Hotels
The Signature Scent was applied to all the Group’s properties, for use within the hotels but also as an upselling opportunity.
More specifically, the Terra Mare Milos and Villa Manikas accommodations used the Signature Scent in Fabric Fresheners.
Canal Suites used the Scent in scented candles to enhance the identity of the space and create upselling prospects.
Finally, Kythnos Bay Hotel applied Signature Scent to scented candles, reed diffusers, and fabric fresheners capitalizing on a range of Scent Marketing opportunities.
The Success Story
The collaboration of Megasystems with Scent Plus to create the Signature Scent for the Hotel Operation Group was a complete success.
The signature scent managed to highlight the common characteristics of the Group’s hotels and emphasize the united character of the accommodations – a goal that had been set from the beginning.
